You have unique skills, a distinct team, and remarkable customers. We help you tackle acute challenges while building communication, leadership and decision-making habits that remain long after we’re gone.

What We Hear

We don’t have a clear ACTION PLAN — who is supposed to be doing what by when?
It’s becoming obvious that our PEOPLE MANAGEMENT SKILLS are lacking at all leadership levels.
We often promote from within — how do we help employees LEARN TO BE LEADERS?
We had a change at the top and the new LEADERSHIP STYLE is very different.

If you asked our executive leaders to state our GOALS, I think you’d get a different answer from each of them.
How do we create a SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT where people feel comfortable giving and receiving feedback and sharing ideas?

After Working With Us

Leaders Are Your Lifeblood

Based on your team and specific challenges, we craft interactive (occasionally uncomfortable!) engagements that fit your needs. The following are a few areas of focus we can explore to enhance and develop your team and organization.

Values are things we do. We can’t “do” nouns, we can only “do” verbs, yet most of our values consist of words on a wall with no intent or action. We will help you select values that hold one another accountable and aid in decision-making. We will explore how those values come to life in your daily activities and determine what behaviors might be getting in the way of building a brave and courageous culture.

We will explore characteristics of leaders and managers and how each can impact an organization. We will discuss building trust while doing high stakes, important work that influences change. We’ll talk about leadership as a continuous journey of personal development and take time to reflect individually on opportunities for our own growth.

Clear is kind. Unclear is unkind. We’ll explore the Radical Candor Framework, establish what safety looks like, and discuss practices that enable creativity and collaboration to thrive. We will lean into curiosity and develop our empathy muscles so we can invite and engage in discussions that involve differing opinions.

A good leader focuses on coaching for development instead of coaching for performance. We will explore coaching questions that help leaders move from just fixing a problem to supporting team members’ growth and learning. We will learn how to give feedback that invites reflection and that is critically constructive of the work, not the worker.

We look to leaders during challenges, uncertainty, and when there’s a job to be done. Effective leaders must be the group’s emotional guide, bringing out the best in their teams. We will learn how to improve the four key areas that make up emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. We will explore things like internal self-talk, self-compassion, and empathy.

This is a true passion place for us. Communication in our world is broken. We hide behind screens. We don’t listen to understand. We are distracted and struggle to be present, even with people who matter most. Done well, communication leads to stronger relationships, teams and communities. We’ll discuss vulnerability as an opportunity and listening as a game changer. We’ll explore communications tools and boundaries and practice having difficult conversations in healthy ways.

Transition. Transform. Transcend.
